We are looking for a Customer Care Leader to join our client based near Wetherby on a full time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess –

– Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Previous office–based, customer focused experience.

– A positive attitude and ability to provide clear information to customers over the telephone.

– Proficiency in navigating IT systems for administration tasks.

– Excellent attention to detail.

– Strong organisational skills.

– Strong customer service skills.

You will –

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and post.

Perform administrative tasks

Handle and respond to product queries from clients efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate within a team to provide the necessary support to our valued customers.

Salary: GBP28,000.00–GBP36,000.00 per year, negotiable depending on experience

Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 4 Saturdays per annum on a rota basis
