Monday - Friday position Successful local businessDue to continued growth our client is looking for a Customer Care Executive based in Knaresborough to join their friendly and supportive team. You will have previous experience within a customer service position with the ability to build rapport and deal with confidential information all while providing a first class service at all times.As the successful Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: Handing both incoming and outbound calls from customers. Operating within an FCA regulated environment, following set processes and procedures. Dealing with enquires, renewals and quotations. Logging all information on internal systems and keeping up to date. Build your knowledge of the products and services on offer.Skills: Previous experience within a Customer Service position. Ability to build rapport over the phone with proven listening and strong communication skills. Positive attitude and self-motivated. IT literate and confident with MS Office.You will be rewarded with a starting salary of GBP23,000 per annum along with an annual bonus. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
