Red Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting 3 Customer Care Advisors in central Bath. This role will involve taking inbound telephone contacts along with email, social and chat queries. The salary for this position is between 26,000 - 28,000 per annum.

Improving customer satisfaction by owning a customer query through to resolutionTaking an active role in complaint resolution with the aim to resolve on first contactProblem solving and contributing to the improvement of working processesRenewing contracts, ensuring the customer is fully informed of actions takenCompleting any other ad-hoc tasks that may be required to ensure the customer has a great experienceKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Care Advisor:
