Busy and varied role, working as part of a team and playing a key role in the delivery of outstanding customer experience- going over and above to manage and resolve queries, arrange solutions, find best-fit product sets and retain customers!

Day to day in the role you will use your communication skills, organisational, attention to detail and problem solving skills, to arrange bookings and site visitations, explain products and produce bespoke quotes, process orders, arrange couriers, and ensure customers are provided high-quality service through all channels.
