Don't worry if you haven't done this before, what's important to us is a proactive outlook, a 'customer first' approach, and a great attitude!What you'll be doing as a Customer AdvisorIn this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver a great experience to every customer you speak with. You'll take ownership of each situation, asking the relevant questions, listening, and finding a solution that leaves our customers feeling that they have been understood and supported in the best way possible.We know our service is essential, but we also want it to be exceptional, so we need you to help us make sure we're always putting our customers first.
