Summary of the Customer Account Rep role

Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 per annum

Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid after probation 2 days at home 3 in the office

Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

The role

As the Customer Account Rep, your role will involve the following important duties:

Support publishers with content and ensure the timely integration of content ingestion. Manage the publisher side of targeting promotions. Management of systems on behalf of the Publisher and the company. Deal with all publisher queries. Review production proofs. Coordinate client reports. B2B Client support. The experience required

As a successful Customer Account Rep you will have the following:

Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role previously. Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and busy B2B environment. Strong Administration skills.
