Customer Account Coordinator

I am delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Coordinator on a permanent Full-time basis to join a highly successful business in Ossett to form part of a fantastic, hardworking Team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to);

Answering incoming callsManage all E-mail enquiriesUpdating customer informationCross-selling and upselling to existing Customer baseMaintain strong Customer relationshipsKeeping Customers updated of promotional itemsOther general administrative duties such as filing, printing reports and other ad hoc admin duties as and when requested. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.

I am looking for someone who is proactive, forward thinking, and eager to learn with good organisational skills.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday .

A basic annual salary of GBP22,308 will be offered initially plus a very generous commission structure this is a permanent position.
