Hours: 09.00 - 17. hours a week (Can start & finish earlier)
6-month fixed term contact - may lead to perm
GBP11.44 - GBP14.50 per hour
Duties include:
- Answering the phones and helping the customers with requests - Ie chasing a delivery or placing an order.- Putting orders on the sage system- Pinning signed delivery notes to sales orders after scanning and uploading them to sage- Raising quotes requested by customers - these would all be checked by Sean or myself before they send.- Chasing pods from suppliers for direct deliveries.- Booking in purchase orders ( these are deliveries for stock we have come into us)- Allocating stock to orders and printing delivery notes- Typing up the delivery orders for the drivers for deliveries the next day - this will be given to them in order so its just copying onto a word template.- Inputting orders being delivered via palletways or inxpress on there portals - we will show them how to do it very easy again just inputting data given to them into a system.
