Salary: GBP24,000 – GBP26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
As a Customer Sales/Service Account Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using the EMAX ERP/CRM software, as well as exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management:
Utilise EMAX ERP/CRM software to manage and maintain customer accounts.Ensure accurate and up–to–date customer information, including contact details, service agreements, and project specifications. Order Processing:
Process customer orders promptly and accurately through the EMAX system.Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any relevant updates. Issue Resolution:
Address customer concerns and issues efficiently, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.Document and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvements. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate reports using EMAX ERP/CRM to analyse customer trends, order history, and service performance.Provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and sales processes. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, engineering, and finance teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations.Participate in cross–functional meetings to enhance overall customer experience. Required:
Qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant work experience in a related field; desired but not essential.
Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
Proficiency in using EMAX ERP software or similar systems; desired but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail–oriented with excellent organisational and administration abilities.
Problem–solving skills and ability to work under pressure when required.
