Description

We are looking for an innovative and experienced CRM & Analytics Marketing Executive who can come on board and be part of our marketing team. You'll have the amazing opportunity to reach your potential among some of the most talented people in travel.

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an experienced CRM & Analytics Marketing Executive to delve deep into the CRM database, enhance workflows and processes and fully utilise system capabilities to create long-lasting customer relationships.

You'll have proven experience (ideally 3-5 years) in CRM strategy, planning, campaign execution and database maintenance to effectively deliver digital marketing campaigns that achieve results.

There is a strong requirement for analytical skills and a keen interest in data, reporting and evaluation. Audiences will be mostly consumers, however, there may be the requirement to support the new Travel Counsellor franchise recruitment and business travel areas of the business as required.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful CRM & Analytics Marketing Executive will maximise the effectiveness of the CRM database to improve the customer experience through targeted marketing communications to drive brand awareness and loyalty through customer acquisition and retention.

CRM Development & CampaignsResponsible for maximising the CRM database potential, identifying target audience segmentation opportunities and delving into the database to understand our customers more to improve the targeting and impact of our communications.Implementing CRM strategies and marketing campaigns to support enquiry lead generation and customer retention, including building email campaign workflows and booking and post-booking journeys.Work closely with the Data & Insight team to develop a good working knowledge of the flow of data from source systems into the CRM database.Proactively identify opportunities for automating reporting processes and liaise with the Data & Insight team to implement.Scope and develop new email marketing opportunities to improve targeting and efficiency, including dynamic/conditional content marketing, working with existing providers.Enhance database potential by driving marketing opt-in and improve database insight by utilising external data enhancements; Mosaic, Travel Insights etc, and by working with Travel Counsellors to improve preference centre completion.Build and test marketing emails, creating journeys and data selection, sending emails and post-campaign analysis.Create and manage an A/B (and multi-variant) testing programme to continually optimise and improve email performance to outperform industry standards.BenefitsA competitive basic salary + annual company bonusFlexible hybrid working model (2 days home, 3 days office)Career development and promotional opportunities25 days holidays (increasing to 28 after 5 years of service)A Moments That Matter Day (annually)Enhanced maternity/paternity payHoliday buy and sell (up to 5 days per year)3 paid days charity leaveCompany events, socials, and incentives3x annual salary death in service benefitCompany pension schemeCostco membershipSalary sacrifice, company car schemeCycle to Work SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFree breakfast, fruit, and hot/cold beveragesReferral schemeEmployee discountPrivate medical insurance (taxable benefit) or healthcare cash plan (costs incurred by employees)Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in a full-time employed CRM/digital marketing roleMarketing qualification (degree/CIM/IDM)Database mining experienceExperience in creating dynamic email content/advanced content filteringExperience of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similarAbout CompanyHere at Travel Counsellors, our customers, communities and colleagues lie at the heart of everything that we do - and that's what makes us special.
