The aim of this position is to provide high–level support to the Head of Finance ensuring that all debts are managed in line with internal processes. The responsibilities for this role will be:
Debt Collection: Ensure timely collection of invoices through effective methods.Client Management: Maintain regular contact with clients, implement payment plans, and resolve queriesPayment Processing: Handle cheques, card payments, and Direct Debit collections promptly.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of chasing activities using the credit control app.Reporting: Generate monthly statements, debtor reports, and aged debtors provision schedules.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in credit control processes.
