Core hours policy (7.5 hours per day, working between 08:00 and 18:00). The ability to take up to two hours for lunch. Holidays start at 25 days or pro-rata equivalent. The aim of this position is to provide high-level support to the Head of Finance ensuring that all debts are managed in line with internal processes. The responsibilities for this role will be:
Debt Collection: Ensure timely collection of invoices through effective methods. Client Management: Maintain regular contact with clients, implement payment plans, and resolve queries Payment Processing: Handle cheques, card payments, and Direct Debit collections promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of chasing activities using the credit control app. Reporting: Generate monthly statements, debtor reports, and aged debtors provision schedules. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in credit control processes.
