Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.Perform credit checks and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.Monitor debtor balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary.Generate reports and provide regular updates on debt collection activities.Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures. The Successful Candidate Requires:
