Job Title: Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant

A Property Investment company in North West London are seeking a detail–oriented and experienced Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the credit control process and supporting day–to–day accounting functions.

This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks, as well as a strong understanding of financial principles and credit management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Credit Control:

Monitor and manage customer credit accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures.Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Accounts Receivable:

Process and reconcile customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.Generate and distribute customer statements and invoices.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable. QuickBooks Expertise:

Utilise QuickBooks software to record and manage financial transactions.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in QuickBooks. Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in credit control and accounts receivable.Proficiency in using QuickBooks is essential.Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance. Salary:

Up to GBP38,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role is fulltime, office based.
