I am currently partnered with an extremely successful organisation based in Manchester City Centre who are recruiting for a new Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance function on a permanent basis.

As the Credit Controller, you will be working within the wider finance function and will be responsible for key Credit Control as well as assisting with cash management for the business

Key responsibilities include:

Collection of monthly outstanding receivablesManaging credit control process to ensure debts are settled in a timely mannerHandle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions including posting of all transactionsReconciliation of all bank accountsReview and analysis of all international bank accountsMaintain all banking recordsReview of all bank statements and bank chargesInitiate transfers of funds between accounts to manage cash flow requirementsAssist other entities such as Spain, France and Australia to manage cash flow processAssist with month end reporting including but not limited to account reconciliations, revaluations, cash flow forecastingCash flow analysis and booking of monthly journalsRevaluation of all non-sterling bank accountsLiaise with other internal departments & banksReviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary Key skills/experience required:

Knowledge of cash management and credit control is essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and meet tight deadlinesOrganised, adaptable and ability to prioritiseSolid team working skillsExperienced in Excel and Microsoft office packagesKnowledge of various finance software(s) This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Credit Controller to join a well-established and dynamic organisation to develop their skill set.
