Pyramid8 are recruiting for a part time credit control / purchase ledge to assist the finance person. They are a small friendly team and looking for someone who wants a part time role, they are open to 2 or 3 days week and can be flexible around time.
They are a market leader in what their industry and they are a small and passionate team.
This role is ideal for someone from a similar background who is confident with using Microsoft packages, especially Excel and excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
The main duties of the role include, but not limited to:
Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Maintaining customer accounts and reviewing credit limits Issues invoices/ applications and providing the correct documentation Query handling and investigation Post ledger transactions Work closely with the financial team, and senior credit controller Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Previous experience as a Credit Controller / Purchase Ledger IT Literate Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Able to maintain and develop strong working relationships
