Marc Daniels are recruiting a Credit Control Manager to join a large, multinational company based in Slough.
THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING (2 Days per week in the office).
If you have managed 8+ credit controllers and have experience within a Shared Centre environment, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 12.Reviewing Customer Invoices for daily and weekly hires ensuring any changes during the job have been recorded and accurately accounted for.Setting up new customers – ensuring correct pricing structure is in placePricing for changes in customer contractsEnsure payments are chased for overdue accountsReducing debtor daysWorking closely with your team to reduce invoice queriesMonitor new customersFleet administrationReview and pay expense claimsPlaying a key part in projects to help develop the businessAd–hoc reporting and support to other departments throughout the business Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracyVery good organisation and administration skills and the ability to follow finance processesStrong mathematics skillsAdvanced Excel skills, with the ability to access, input and compile analytical dataHighly proficient on Excel and experienced with different accounting systems.Someone with strong verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse range of peopleSomeone with the written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reportsSomeone who can commit to providing excellent customer serviceSomeone who can support and empower othersAn exceptional teamplayer You will enjoy working in a supportive and friendly team whilst receiving a comprehensive benefits package.
