Dealing with customers chasing aged debt on the telephone and via email Dealing with customer queries, sending out copy invoices, proof of delivery or credit notes where applicable Support in dealing with queries and credits for customers. Other ad-hoc credit control/office duties Person Specification:

You must possess a high standard of the following skills:

Communication Customer Service Confidence Time management / organisation IT including Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Telephone Manner Team player who can also work independently Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
