Credit Control Assistant Location: Elstree, Borehamwood
Hours: Full time, 9am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: GBP23,000
OA are recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in building a career within a Finance Department, particularly if you're interested in service charge or Credit Control.
Whilst we want someone hungry to build their career in this field, we don't need heaps of experience! Our client offers training and development, and a clear plan for progression.

Assist in credit control activitiesHelp compile data and generate reportsSupport accurate arrears processing and fee collectionContribute to maintaining overall debts below 3%Assist in ensuring sufficient cash flow and balancing funds for yearly expenditureUndertake all credit control functionsSupport processing arrears runs, including referrals and decisions on defended debtLiaise with solicitors following client instructionsCommunicate and coordinate with team members effectivelyHandle customer queries promptly and escalate urgent matters when necessaryPost additional charges accuratelyEnsure meeting targets aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Create and monitor payment plans to maintain site cash flowRun and send monthly expenditure reports to property managersEscalate if reports are not received and post accurately to QubeProvide monthly financial reports to highlight debtors and service charge levels What we need from you:
Some exposure to Accounts or Credit Control (such as a Business Accounting Degree, or experience in a Finance/Accounts supporting role)QUBE computer system experience is advantageousGood IT skills including Excel and WordAble to provide reports on credit control analysisGood communication skills If interested in this role, please apply today
