Credit Control
Hours of work:
You must be flexible to work between 8:00am - 5:30pm (37.5hours per week)
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage high levels of inbound calls Manage our customers through the entire credit control processDebt collection and cash allocationReduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the businessDeal with customer queries in an efficient and friendly manner through to resolutionBuilding strong relationships with customers, salesforce and internal departments As such we would like you to have:
Experience of credit control and account reconciliationStrong administrative experiencePreferably experience of dealing withvarious typesA minimum of Grace C in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent is requiredIT literate with good working knowledge of ExcelAbility to communicate internally and externally at all levelsAbility to work to targetsWell organised and thorough High levels of attention to detail and accuracyA flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with an ever-changing environmentA genuine desire to work in Credit Control Company benefits:
