Do you have excellent communication skills, ideally within the Financial Services sector? If so, my client based in Sheffield is looking for a Credit Adviser to join their team from the end of January. This is a hybrid role (3 days at home, 2 days in the office) working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively manage customer requests relating to their credit account
Ensure that all customers receive the same high level of service and tailor communication style to meet each customer's needs
Responsible for the processing of work lists, data input and the accurate updating of customer records on systems to ensure necessary adjustments, letters and actions are processed timely and correctly
Assist customers to exit Persistent Debt in line with relevant regulation
Use of Company policy/procedures to make decisions relating to customer orders and accounts and communicating these decisions to the customer
Liaise with relevant internal and external departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
Ability to identify complaints and escalate appropriately and timely in line with company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
Ability to identify and support Vulnerable Customers in line with company policies and procedures to ensure they receive a good outcome
To be committed to the fair treatment of customers and demonstrate a reasonable and proportionate approach to credit management
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules
