One of the most impressive studios in our Hackney Downs Studios creative hub, Theatre 4 boasts as much in size as it does substance.

Located on the ground floor in a former theatre in the heart of Hackney Downs Studios, it boasts plentiful natural coming through skylights and large glass doors. It also benefits from a private, secure entrance at the rear of the space, as well as easy access from the main lobby. Perfect for incoming and outgoing post and for moving heavy loads.

It also shares access to modern bespoke facilities including fully equipped kitchens, social and break out areas.
