Our client, a well–established talent management company, is seeking a Creative Lead, Marketing to enable successful creative output for the marketing team.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Leading the oversight and creative output of all materials for the marketing department. • Consistently meeting deadlines for creative projects from conception to completion. • Developing art and video concepts for promotional and/or advertising assets for live tours, shows, TV productions, and merchandise.• Developing original content ideas for social media. • Taking responsibility for video content for live tour promotions and company TV productions.• Overseeing and creatively direct photo and or audio–visual shoots when needed. • Overseeing the editing process for all promotional marketing content. • Selecting and collaborating with external suppliers when necessary. • Providing support to the Management, Production, Live, and Distribution department. • Collaborating extensively with the Head of Marketing on priority creative projects. • Overseeing the creative development of internal and external branding documents, video assets, and attending relevant meetings, in conjunction with the Branding Committee. • Collaborating with Broadcaster and Streaming Platforms on key company productions' creative output. • Taking responsibility for the hiring, development, and management of the creative team.
Requirements:
• Substantial experience working in Creative for the Entertainment industry. • Highly skilled with the conception and development of concepts for campaigns. • Possess an awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.• Excellent communication skills. • Excellent presentation and pitching skills. • Able to explain creative vision to team members. • Strong interpersonal skills, able to adopt input from others. • Confident to lead and hire a team.• Possess production, editing, and graphic design skills.• Possess skills that cover filmmaking, video editing, copywriting skills. • Advanced graphic design skills. • Highly proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite.
