We are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager or Sales professional to work alongside world-leading brands. You will develop and implement strategies to actively grow existing accounts, managing a portfolio of key clients, as well as actively networking existing business to identify further opportunities to supply products and services offered by our client. You will need to be focussed on delivering exceptional service, providing a consultative client-first approach, as well as being growth-minded and capable of managing key accounts strategically.

What you will be involved with as a Creative Account Manager:

Work alongside the Business Manager to develop a sales strategy to nurture and develop existing accounts to generates and drive growth.Develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts, managing longstanding relationships, and taking ownership for a portfolio of key contacts.Work cross-functionally across the business with Marketing teams, Business Development, Production etc.Focus on networking to effectively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, including cross selling other services provided by our client.Create and present KPI reports and pricing reviews to support internal and external decision-making.Develop strong relationships with our supply chain and become a product expert in your area.Hands-on project management to ensure smooth delivery in our in-house production environment.Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, seeing any issues through to resolution.What we are looking for in a Creative Account Manager:

2+ years Account Management experience, demonstrable examples of managing key clients and taking ownership for a portfolio of longstanding contacts.Ability to easily form and maintain relationships.Communicate professionally across all levels and a range of stakeholders, comfortable meeting face to face and proactively making calls.Excellent organisational skills with a focus on detail.Customer centric and passionate about providing a 1st class client experience.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a superb, progressive business, within an exciting and fast-paced role working with highly reputable clientele as a Creative Account Manager.
