Key Responsibilities: As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering pre-set lessons across various subjects, ensuring a productive and engaging classroom environment.Managing classroom behavior in accordance with school policies and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.Supporting students in their learning and helping them to stay on track with their studies.Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition for students during teacher absences.Assisting in the development of resources and materials for lessons when required.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

Proactivity, resilience, kindness and empathyAn enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)A full checkable work historyA Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas.A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their educational development.
