You will have experience delivering GCSE English and/or Functional Skills English and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners. You will be expected to co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses, programmes and subjects, and lead a successful team of staff to contribute to the College’s expectations of quality.
