I run a welcoming private therapy practice in a safe and confidential setting.
I provide a non-judgmental environment for people to explore their issues and face the future with renewed confidence and strength.
I combine counselling, coaching, CBT and mindfulness to maximise the results of the sessions. I welcome people from all walks of life.

Online counselling/therapy, also referred to as videoconferencing for psychological treatment, is widely practiced over the Internet. It is an effective alternative to traditional therapy, due to the wealth of benefits that it offers, including convenience, flexibility, and ease of access for clients with physical and psychological limitations or those who reside in rural or remote areas. In addition, it is more affordable that face-to-face therapy. Using online therapy also means that location does not limit your choice of therapist!
I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining various approaches to maximise the effectiveness of the intervention including Individual Counselling, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Life Coaching. We will set goals together and track your progress and accomplishments to ensure that you realise your potential. If you have never had counselling and are struggling with challenging or debilitating issues, online therapy is an excellent option to make a change.
In this journey of discovery, we will work together to explore your views of yourself and others, your fears and wishes. We will examine your past to identify the blocks that are hindering your progress, and whether these are barriers related to issues of guilt or blame. By shedding light on the patterns of thinking and behaviour that prevent your development, you will gain a new perspective. This opportunity to reframe past events will allow you to envision your present in a more joyful and positive light. As you increasingly face the future with more strength and wisdom, you will be able to make life choices more consciously and responsibly, leading to a more balanced take on life.
While I cannot promise to solve all of your issues, I will listen to you without judgment, I and walk you through to discover new possibilities. I will guide you to find renewed so that you can charge of your life with renewed joy and confidence.
