We are currently recruiting for a national leading law firm that is looking for an experienced Costs Draftsman to join their ever growing team. The role will be based in their Costs team in Merseyside, however flexible/hybrid working is on offer so Costs professionals around the country can be considered. The role is a Draftsman working mainly on RTA bills.

Key skills for this role include; Drafting of bills of costs (Electronic & Paper), Preparing Precedent H Budgets, Dealing with Part 8 matters, Dealing with Fixed Costs Disputes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer that has worked within a busy costs department either in-house or external. You will have a proven track record drafting detailed bills of costs with extensive working knowledge of CPR, dealing with high value Multi-Track cases from start to completion.
