We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our clients team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law. They work with a diverse clientele, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and national and international corporates. They have a strong global presence and are known for their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

In this position you would work on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Reorganisations and restructuring, VC and Private Equity Investments, share option schemes, debt financing transactions, and joint ventures. You will collaborate with local SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and national and international corporates, making a significant impact in a diverse and resilient legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters to clients. Draft and negotiate contracts and other documents related to M&A, investments, and corporate transactions. Take a leading role in transaction management. Supervise and train junior team members. Draft and advise on commercial contracts. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with our clients' team.

Requirements:

A balanced commercial mindset. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and take responsibility for supervision and training. At least 4 years PQE of Corporate/Commercial law experience in a reputable law firm or in-house role. Additional language capabilities, particularly European languages, are encouraged.
