A successful and well-established Property & Real Estate business are currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Guest Services Profesional to join their established and growing client relations team based at their state of the art and Prestigious Commercial Property located in the heart of Glasgow City centre on a full time permanent basis.
Key purpose:
You will be responsible for providing a proactive approach for all guest and front of house services duties ensuring first class customer service at all times, maintaining a high level of performance and organisation with a professional approach.
Key responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Delivering a professional and welcoming experience and environment for occupiers and visitors Ensuring that all enquiries are professionally managed and handled ensuring first class customer service at all times Management of access control system to the property Associated administrative duties as and when required
Due to the location of our clients building within Glasgow City Centre, you will be provided with an annual rail ticket to the value of GBP1,500.00.
Essential requirements:
Proven track record of the above requirements Previously held a similar position within a corporate environment The ability to demonstrate a natural passion and understanding of quality customer service Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills IT Literate with a good understanding of various Microsoft packages including Word, Excel etc.
