The role will require the appointed Corporate Lawyer to deal work within the corporate commercial team and support the fee earners on the sales and purchases of companies and businesses, demergers, joint ventures, LLP set ups and shareholder agreements. You will be joining a dedicated team who are committed to delivering the highest standard of service to their clients.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a soundtrack record of dealing with corporate matters. Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have sound technical expertise in advising on the full spectrum of company commercial law including but not limited to shareholder agreements, company formations, commercial agreements, acquisitions and disposals as well as general corporate finance work.
