Andy File Associates are seeking a Corporate Lawyer for one of its key clients.

We are looking for a highly-skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our client based near Peterborough. In this role, you ll work closely with the senior leadership team to provide clear, concise and effective legal advice across all areas of the business. This is a permanent role with full-time hours, and excellent progression and career development opportunities are available.

As the successful candidate, you ll have several years of experience working as a Solicitor, and you ll possess a deep knowledge of what is required to provide comprehensive legal advice for a modern company. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to operate well under pressure.

You ll use your skills and experience to provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business transactions and commercial contracts. Your sound judgement will enable you to provide advice that balances risk and maintains the integrity of the company. You ll also be responsible for developing, renewing and managing contracts and external agreements with third parties, and you ll work with other teams to ensure legal compliance across all areas of the company.

The role would suit someone who is self confident and has experience of working within industry sectors like Renewable Energy, Property, Research and Development, and Intellectual Property. HR experience would also be useful but not essential.
