Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Ferndown - GBP25,000 - GBP40,000 DOEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified professional to join our client as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor. Joining the Corporate & Commercial team, you will be developing long term relationships with clients in order to assist them with complex legal transactions.Ideally, you will have strong knowledge and understanding of commercial and corporate law and confident dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. This role would suit someone who as at least 1 years PQE.Main responsibilities:

Business and company acquisitions and disposals.Company restructuring and reorganisation.Dealing with shareholder issues.Finance and banking arrangements.Contract negotiations and drafting.Terms and conditions.Bridging loan finance.Some commercial property work.Advising clients on legal issues related to commercial transactions.Liaising with external solicitors and other professionals.Managing client relationships.Complex legal transactions, including tax-advantaged plans, share ownership and executive rewards. Requirements:

Completed degree or equivalent qualificationGood understanding of Corporate & Commercial law workExcellent communication written and verbalConfident with good interpersonal skillsMust be able to drive with valid UK driving licence Working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. Salary on this role is negotiable depending on experience/qualifications.
