You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and Growing these accounts.

Duties include:1) Working closely with the Directors and seniors leads2) Good understanding of Insurance

3) Build relationships with clients by managing day to day queries accurately and efficiently, by either telephone and written correspondence.

4) To maintain and grow existing client accounts by cross / up–selling, using extensive product knowledge.

5) To ensure compliance with local policies and procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations.
