My client is lookin g to recruit a Part time Brand Coordinator to join their team.
Job Purpose:
A part-time (4 days a week with 3 of them office-based) Coordinator role reporting into the Licensing & Brand Manager, working in the exciting Home Lifestyle products industry, working with the world's most popular brands (entertainment, gaming, sports and lifestyle) aimed at kids, teens and adults
Dimensions
Working in a team of 3, supporting day-to-day business activities necessary to ensure they fulfil their contractual obligations with their licensor partners (eg. Warner Bros, Hasbro, Mattel, plus Gaming, Sports brands and many more).
Helping to drive organisation and efficiencies internally and externally to improve information flow between all stakeholders to help ensure we hit our overall company sales growth and profit targets.
Main Duties and responsibilities
Sales Forecasting to licensorsMaintenance of master product range listings by brand and by retailer across UK, EMEA and GLOBAL territoriesContract processing and distribution including tracking contract detailPlanning trade show and event meeting schedulesHandling general business enquiries from licensor partnersBooking meetingsAttending meetings and conference calls with partners where applicableKeeping notes and sending next steps to attendeesDeveloping presentations and pitchesTracking media coverageManagement of the Brand Immersion deck for Sales teams.Sample orders Knowledge and Skills required
Excellent time management and organisational skillsExperienced and highly proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsProfessional communicator and a high standard of verbal/written EnglishExceptional people skillsAbility to work on own initiative Desirable skills
Experience or education within the marketing, advertising or licensing industryExperience with Photoshop. The role is 20hrs a week over 4 days
