Currently, we are actively recruiting for a talented Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's South East London office. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including handling freehold and leasehold transactions, lease extensions, and various aspects of conveyancing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload from start to finish, ensuring high–quality work and minimal supervision.Adhere to the firm's comprehensive Practice Manual, following established guidelines and protocols.Achieve predefined targets by generating fees through efficient client service and effective case management.Comply with the Law Society's compulsory development and training requirements to stay at the forefront of professional growth.Undertake various conveyancing tasks, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, advice on property gifts, re–mortgages, and transactions involving shared ownership properties. Secondary Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to other fee earners when required, contributing to a collaborative work environment.Efficiently maintain and update databases, diaries, and records, ensuring accurate time recording and tracking of important dates and deadlines.Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to marketing efforts to showcase both personal and departmental skills.
