Role: Conveyancing Paralegal/Solicitor

Pertemps are recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal/Solicitor to work with our Edinburgh based client.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactionsConduct legal research and due diligence for property transactionsDraft legal documents, contracts, and agreementsLiaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactionsProvide administrative support to the conveyancing team

About You:

1+ years experience in a Cnveyancing roleIn-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal systemStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in legal research and document drafting
