To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

Previous experience in conveyancing as a Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveExperience of working within a busy residential conveyancing departmentHave a methodical approach to handle varied caseload The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, forward thinking, positive and results focused professional with a high degree of credibility surrounding residential conveyancing.

Within this Conveyancer / Fee Earner position, you ll also be:

Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from end to endDealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new buildEnsuring all conveyancing transactionss are handled professionally and efficientlyBuilding and maintaining professional relationships with clientsWorking collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working Salary Information

GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum, dependant on experience
