A top legal 500 law firm with offices throughout the West Midlands are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner assistant to join their Coventry team on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:

Processing residential caseloads from start up to post completion. Working between lenders, estate workers and clients. Achieving expected fees. Manage cases quickly to a high quality.

The successful candidate will have:

Be able to competently manage a case load. Ideally hold an aligning qualification (solicitor). Excellent record in conveyancing work. Experience managing client queries.

Salary ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 dependent on experience.
