To provide a friendly, professional and knowledgeable to service to clients Diary management of appointments for the fee earner being supported. Dealing with clients on the phone, via email and face to face Assisting clients with updates and ensuring regular communication is consistent Setting up payments from clients and taking payments Opening files and preparing standard paperwork Effectively use the case management system and update accordingly Any other administrative duties as required Skills and experience required:
