Working as part of the busy and successful Property and Conveyancing Department your duties will be many and varied but will include :-
Prepare various legal documents, using digital dictation, as and when instructedMaking online searches and Land Registry applicationsLiaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents and other organisationsUsing the case management systemOpening paper and electronic files, scanning and photocopying as and when requiredFull secretarial and administrative support to the Property and Conveyancing departmentThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Conveyancing field along with excellent communication and IT skills including good Excel.
