Are you a Conveyancing/Property Lawyer looking to innovate the way that you work?

Our client is looking for two conveyancing fee earners to join the firm s office in Exmouth, potentially one senior and one junior, although the firm is open minded as to the configuration on this. You will be working together to manage all residential conveyancing/property matters for this branch office.

You will be either a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Paralegal with extensive previous experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 5 yrs ) You will be given the opportunity to utilise all your expert knowledge and skills in this field, you will have a good business ethic and commercial awareness, excellent client care skills and a keen interest in growing and developing a team.

The roles are permanent and full time, based in Exmouth.

This is such an exciting yet flexible opportunity for someone who might like to embrace their entrepreneurial spirit and consider working either on an employed or self -employed basis, or for someone looking to manage a branch office with the support and encouragement of the firm behind you. This might also interest an existing team of two fee earners looking to change their location, expand and grow.
