What will you do?
- Act as contract manager/administrator for all repairs and maintenance contracts.
- Lead and manage the achievement and maintenance of quality, timely and effective repairs and maintenance delivery
- Ensure that a consistently excellent level of customer service is delivered by contractors.
- Ensure that obligations for maintaining legal, contractual, and health and safety standards are met.
- Ensure that there is oversight and scrutiny of value for money in delivering contracts.
What do you need?
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
UK Resident
Professional qualification to degree level or above (Cert CIH or MCIH) or, equivalent experience in a senior management role
Excellent knowledge and understanding of successful contract management, including repairs and maintenance, major works, and health and safety compliance.
Understanding and knowledge of regulations, standards, policies and procedures, and contractual compliance procedures, and contractual compliance pertinent to repairs and maintenance, and mechanical and electrical assets.
Proficient in use of relevant monitoring tools for data analysis, performance reporting and budget oversight
