The role:

You will be working with a skilled and professional group whilst being responsible for a team. You will be responsible for making sure there are no defects, no risk to Health and Safety and within budget. This is a client facing role and therefore need knowledge of Reactive Repairs and Planned Works.

Your responsibilities:

- Control contract progress and making sure it is withing the budget and time frames.

- Attend client meetings.

- Manage site personnel and resources to meet the demands of the contracts.
