An organisation who I am currently working with are in search of a Contract Surveyor to join their company which will cover the Bristol area. SOR experience is essential for this role as well as experience in social housing due to the contracts they are currently working on. You will mainly be covering Voids and Responsive Surveying so a good understanding of both of these areas will be needed. They are offering a lucrative package with a salary of 36k- 40k + a 4.5k car allowance and a company car.
The salary for this role is 40,500 - 44,500 (Inc. 4,500 car allowance).

Responsibilities of the Contract Surveyor role:
Responsible for managing incoming works and surveying enquiries from our client as well as any variationsWorking alongside the client in the approval process for quotations and contract profit marginsEnsure that any variations are added to work orders whilst works are still in progressCollation and submission of client payment applications in a timely mannerAnalyse operational and commercial data to help the wider team make informed and strategic decisionsAssess whether incoming works should be completed by inhouse team or subcontracted
