An amazing opportunity for an experience contract manager / performance manager to join this well known charity to work on their Home Office contract to manage the performance and contractual improvement and governance of services related to modern slavery. Looking for a skilled individual with exceptional people skills to engage, communicate and hold accountability for the delivery of these critical services to that impact those who have been trafficked or victims of modern slavery. Key skills are: Strong ability to align governance and performance to government guidelines and policy. Ability to work with government, NGO's and service providers to ensure a robust service is being delivered and is measured and all involved are supported, held accountable and improvements are implemented where needed. Experience of managing balanced score cards would be desirable Ability to influence/engage and push up and back to ensure all touch points on this contract from Government to service providers are aware of challenges, bottle necks, changes and successes are articulated and managed to drive continuous improvement and can be used to influence or change Government policy. Highly organised and have experience of managing government or local authority (or similar) contracts with the service providers. Strong leadership and ability to self manage workloads in a constructive, efficient and organised way This role will be a hybrid working model with 1 day per week required at either the Birmingham office or visiting service providers within the UK.
