Our client is an established FM Service Provider with a variety of contracts nationwide. It is currently looking to hire a Contract Performance Manger for a healthcare TFM contract in Newham, East London.

As the Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the current performance of the FM Service Provider in accordance with the client contract (NHS Trust). It Is important that the Contract Performance Manager has excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of TFM delivery, PFI (ideal not essential), excellent compliance knowledge, contract management and understanding thereof.

The successful Contract Performance Manager will be working alongside the Contract Manager, the SPV and other third-party auditors.
