My client is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and help us promote our hotel and resort in Surrey. You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute marketing and social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.– Create engaging and relevant content, such as videos, photos, blogs, newsletters, etc., to showcase our hotel and resort's features, services and offers– Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing and social media activities using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and report on the results and recommendations– Interact with our online community, respond to comments and queries, and encourage positive reviews and feedback– Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, operations, front desk, etc., to ensure alignment of marketing and social media objectives and activities– Research and identify new trends, opportunities and best practices in the hospitality industry and social media landscape– Manage the marketing and social media budget and allocate resources efficiently
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field– Proven experience as a Marketing & Social Media Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry– Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools and strategies– Creative flair and ability to produce eye–catching and engaging content– Strong communication, writing and editing skills– Analytical and data–driven mindset– Ability to work independently and as part of a team– Attention to detail and time management skills
