Do you have a passion for pushing boundaries, streamlining processes, and driving excellence? Our client are on the lookout for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Lead to join their team in Hull and spearhead their journey towards operational perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee the use of MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) systems, ensuring efficient workflows and data-driven decision-making. Lead continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, utilising lean methodologies and best practices. Ensure each Project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Maintenance of the Project Tracker. Completion /Maintenance of all Project related documentation including program schedules, checklists & milestone reports. Lead and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams during governance meetings. Keep track of Project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation to the PMO committee. Responsible in keeping track and reporting of Project KPIs. Single point of contact for all sections of work defined by the Business within each Project. Responsible for reporting Project status to the Project sponsors and Board representatives. Motivate and drive the Project team. Train, mentor, and guide project team members. Continuously drive improvement ideas in alignment to the business model. Constantly liaise with key stakeholders to establish a culture of Business change. What's On Offer:
