Hooray are proud to be supporting a local charity to assist in the recruitment for a Contact Centre Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week)

Ensure no one enters or leaves the setting without your knowledge (Safeguarding measure)Keep a log of arrival / departure times for any parents / child accessing the service Write observation reports on contact sessions you attend, ensuring this is submitted with 48 hours Completing risk assessments for all new referrals to the contact centre To be successful as a Contact Centre Supervisor you will have:
An excellent standard of literacy, numeracy, and English Language skills Full driving license is essential Previous experience as a Contact Centre Supervisor or relevant experience RQF Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (Business Administration) In return my client is offering an annual salary of up to GBP30,199 per annum. Please note, this is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours)
